Return Policy: 

RRM Studios will process a return or exchange within 7 days of the purchase date for order $20.00 USD or more. RRM Studios does not offer returns or exchanges on orders below $20.00 USD. rrm studios is a small business run by one artist. Thank you for your understanding.

Warranty Policy:

while rrm studios does not offer a manufacturer warranty, please feel free to reach out if you feel that you recieved a defective product and we will do our best to remedy the situation on a case by case basis.

Shipping Policy: 

Once rrm studios ships a customer's order, the order is the responsibility of the package carrier. We are not liable for missing or stolen packages. If you would like to require a signature on your order and/or have additional insurance on your package, please make a request in the notes section of your order. 

Purchases from rrm studios may take up to 48 hours to process. Online purchases with USPS are not typically processed on Sundays when the mail carrier is closed. It is the customers responsibility to account for those days when selecting a shipping method at checkout. If you are looking to make a purchase and would like to clarify the processing time, please contact rrm studios before making your purchase.

If I package is returned to the sender (rrm studios) the cost of the item will be refunded, minus the cost of shipping and a 15% restocking fee.
